The company was founded by Mr. H.G. Soldan in 1957
and operated under his management for over 25
years. During those years he succeeded in building
a solid, reputable company. The business, which
incorporated in 1962, established its original
residence at 9935 – 75 Avenue, Edmonton.
Outgrowing this location the firm relocated its
present address of 5919 – 103 A. Street, Edmonton.
Mr. H.G Soldan passed away at the age of 60 years
leaving the company to his family. It is now being
managed by his daughter, Kathy Soldan and son,
Mike Soldan, both actively involved in the company
since the early 1970’s.
